A Story about the Crichton Trust
Professor David Flynn and Sonam Norbu give insights into their KTP project with The Crichton Trust, a parkland estate in the outskirts of Dumfries to provide smart energy solutions. This enables them to deliver their sustainability roadmap.
This will help them to understand the energy systems and processes around the grounds. They are looking at several buildings that have the highest energy consumptions and implementing real-time data capture. This will allow the proposed decarbonisation solutions to be applied and have maximum impact in reducing the energy usage across the buildings.
This will create smart local energy solutions for the community.
